Why is losing weight faster than gaining weight? -

I see articles and info all over the web saying how to lose 10lbs etc in a week or month. But when it comes to gaining it takes longer. I m asking this because I m 132 trying to put on muscle weight. Hearing people and docs say it takes an average body builder a year to put on just 10lbs is a bit disappointing.

the guy who said humans are not supposed to be super fat or have that kinda weight in our genetics is correct. our bodys are built like a Machine/Computer. its gonna make you rid your body of the foods it doesnt wanna process. did you know theres 3500 calories in a pound of fat? and that your body burns probably around 2200 calories in a day just living and circulating your blood? plus extra if your having to walk around throughout your day. so yeah gaining is tough if your younger than 40. which is why people who do gain fast ruined there bodys insides, metabolism is super slow and there insides prob look like lard. taking those muscle weight gain protein shakes isnt always good if your taking it in excess to gain.

How fast or slow someone gains or loses weight has a lot to do with their individual metabolism. Someone with a very high metabolism will have a difficult time gaining weight no matter how much they work out or eat while someone with a slower metabolism can diet and run all the time and barely be able to keep from gaining weight. Also, quite honestly, any diet that promises to take off a large amount of weight very quickly isn t healthy for a person most the time any way. As a person who was once very heavily into body building I actually don t recommend all those shakes and whatnot. I never used them and didn t need to. Your body will naturally respond to your exercise if done properly and well balanced with some endurance training as well. Weight lifters who neglect to do some running and other aerobic training never have the proper amount of balance to their make up and don t look right. Also, please realize, that you shouldn t be too disappointed if you find you can t really put on as much as you d like. Your body, your personal genetics, may just not be suited for the amount of weight and muscle you d like to have. As frustrating as it may be, some things are just out of our control.

I highly recommend you my weight loss way. It works just amazing and easy. If you are really serious about losing weight. You should check this out weight loss correct way. because humans are not naturally supposed to have that bigger muscles its not in our genetics thats why if you don t lift weights for a while you lose them easily, and humans are also not genetically supposed to super duper fat!

I always think of it the opposite way....Cause you can eat more than you work out so therefore You gain faster than you lose but IDK

its not
