EAT THESE SANDWHICHES WITH WATER UNTIL YOU ARE FULL AND THEN PLAY SOME BASKETBALL. DO THIS EVERY DAY FOR A YEAR. OF COURSE YOU CAN TRY HAM OR SOMETHING ELSE. MIX IT UP. BUT NO POP OR CANDY OR FAST FOOD. YOU CAN DO IT. IT JUST TAKES A LITTLE WILL POWER, TIME AND DETERMINATION.

Atkins works great- though it is kind of boring with the food you can eat. I lost 6lb in a week doing Atkins. I dont think it would be healthy to stay on it a long time though...
stop drinking soda and really don t eat anything it will lose weight. nothing taste better then thin feels. that sounds kind of crazy but it helps right.
