I am just saying this to show you how crazy it is to think that you can lose 40 in a week. Do it the right way my dear. You may end up 40 pounds light for your funeral if you go this route. run 40 mins 2times a day. once in the morning and once in the evening. drink water ONLY throughout the day.
Lots of cardio and stay off fatty foods (no soda, no chips, no candy etc etc )
