How much should I weigh? How do I lose weight fast? -

I can t do any exercise outside (it s winter). I m 5 4 and weigh 190lbs What is my weight suppose to be? What exercises will make me lose it FAST??? I DON T want to diet. I DON T eat a lot of sweets or drink lots of soda. I drink water all the time. I don t eat a lot of bad stuff its just that I am NOT active
