eat healthy. lots of fruits and veggies and lean protein. work out at a good intensity for at least a hour. unless you are very over weight you wont lose 25lbs in 3 weeks. sorry

Eat only half of what you usually do.Drink more.Walk everyday for about an hour.Don t eat after 6pm and don t drink after 11pm.
eat fruits veggie s, lean meat no bread,pasta,sweets..........drink alot of water water or other exercise at least an hour a day good luck
