You should keep jogging and try to cut off on evrything sweet like candy and even some cereals like lucky charms have many different colorings and high fructose corn syrup. You should try to eat many greens and for every meal try to have all the colors of the rainbow on your plate. You should eat at least three servings or more of whole grain a day try going to whole foods and maybe stop buying commercial foods because they have many chemicals and and hormones in them which cause you to gain weight. Stay away from all junk food like chips fries and cookies. If your already jogging try to jog a little more than you already do. If you get tired somewhere in the middle dont give up and go home just slow down the pace maybe walk a little and then continue. You should try a little more exercise for instance do yoga or stretching in the morning and continue that and you will lose a few pounds just doing that. You should stretch at least half an hour. What are ways to lose weight fast-ish?? Im going on a cruise in 3 weeks? -
OK i leave in 3 weeks and i want to shape up! i weight right now around 117 and im 5 3 . i want to lose a couple pounds. any ideas that could help me? what to eat? what not to eat? I m already jogging everyday. thanks!
