I would take it just one day at a time. You should watch the biggest loser television show--see how great they look. They work out hard, almost 4 hours a day; I do not recommend this because your body gets used to a lot of exercise and then you ll have to keep it up. Tough balancing food and exercise. The best thing I ever did was join a gym. Everybody there is into fitness--and they can really get you started!Even if you just do it for a few months (that s what I did) and continue at home.Do at least 2 hours of exercise, maybe an hour in morning and hour before dinner. You kind of have to come up with your own schedule.See a doctor--they can give you a good diet. But I just eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, that s it. No junk food, soda, or fruit juice.Since you re only 14---I think weight watchers could help you out, too. Tell your mom you need to do something about your weight.Doctors might know of program for teens (I know our local hospital has a food class for kids). If you cannot exercise for 1 hour-walking, biking, sport you like to play, build up. Start with 15 minutes and add 2 minutes a day.But really because of your age, this is going to be hard to stick to, you really need some support from others. And you might want to talk to your gym teacher and school nurse--if you don t have supportive parents. There are camps for kids out there--kids just like you--that can teach you how to eat right, get you into a good exercise program, and you meet a lot of great kids, swimming, fun, game room.Best of luck to you---don t worry about loose skin. You are very young and you have young skin. When you get older your skin doesn t bounce back as much.
Losing weight fast is what causes loose skin. You won t like this - but you re going to have to take it slow and steady. Start exercising - whatever you can handle to begin with. Cut your calorie content, increase water - I d recommend 3 meals a day and fruit in between. Take a daily supplement and incorporate as much fibre into the diet as possible. Fruit smoothies are a great way of getting essential nutrients into the diet and will boost your energy throughout the day.Working on muscle is a great idea - muscle burns fat. You have to take it slowly, however. I tried to fast track building muscle a couple of days ago and I can t straighten my arms properly without pain. Start with light dumbbells and light exercise for about two weeks to give your body time to adjust, then you can think about increasing your exercise.Good luck, I m sure you can find plenty of additional information using google. Remember: you don t want to see major results straight away - this will cause excess skin! TAKE IT SLOW!
Don t lose weight fast, lose it right,Just start powerlifting, a minimum of 3 times a week, everyday is best, alway alternate your muscle groups,Back and Biceps one day,Chest and Triceps the next day,Legs and shoulders another,Mix it up however you want, but don t rush losing weight its not healthy,6 4 350, man if you do this diligently with proper patience you will be one scary dude.good luck, stay away from diet pills and juice
There is no way to avoid the loose skin. To lose weight avoid eating fried foods. If you eat a salad don t use the think dressings, but the dressings that you can see through. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables without anything on them. For instance, don t eat carrots and broccoli with ranch dressing or with cheese drizzled on them. Eating with a little salt is fine. Eat less bread. Eat less chips and other salty snack foods and more fruits and vegetables. Drink lots of water. Walk atleast 30 minutes a day. Try to increase your speed every week.
Go to the gym and use the weights they have...thats what I did when I was 300 pounds..and I lost around 150 pounds
