How can i lose weight fast and the natural way. no pills, diets etc? -

You should keep a journal of the calories you are eating and how much of that you are burning in a day. I like the new approach to a healthy living calories in calories out. Hope this helps and Good Luck ;)

Research healthy foods that sound good to you, instead of forcing yourself to eat certain food just to lose weight. Think of this as a new lifestyle. Trying getting organic food (trader joes is a great store for that). I have lost a lot of weight by drinking TONS of water (drink as much as you can). A few meals that i have found to be healthy and that i like is brown rice with grilled chicken and diced up tomoatoes. Also if you like eggs....try mixing one whole egg in with 1 or 2 egg whites. egg whites are very healthy for you, and by having one whole egg you still get the yellow color and to me it tastes the same as having 2 or 3 whole eggs. You can eat ur eggs with one piece of whole wheat toast with nothing on it, or in a whole wheat wrap. Salads are of course good, and fruits too. If you have on demand try doing the 30 day shred program (it works great!)....if not just workout for 30 mins a day 5-6 days a week. Even though its annoying to workout when you do it and stick to a plan it really pays off, just remember mind over matter! I hoped that i helped! good luck
