How to lose weight (Im 13)? -

I have been over weigh since I was about 9 and I have only noticeds it for 2 years. I have been tried everthing. I have given up junk-food, i play australian rules football (but the season is over), i play cricket, i play indoor soccer and i even went to gym until i started playing cricket. But the thing is that I have a condition called talipes, there are all different types of talipes and I have one of the worst cases. So if anyone has any tricks or solution to make a 13 lose about 15 kilos/33lb.

Firstly, think about your fitness. Can you run a kilometre....if so, then you are fit...many school kids can t handle, and they may be skinnier than you. Get regular exercise, have fun, but don t over do it. Next look at your diet.Well a lot of the healthy food out there is actually packed with sugar and fats, so giving up junk food is not such an issue.So be healthy, but watch what you eat. If you exercise a lot then you will need to eat more carbs, but if you stop exercising you may be eating the same amount but really over eating.To lose weight you need to eat less than you use, which can have a big impact on your ability to do sports (especially ones with endurance).Then understand that you are 13, which means you are growing. Every day you get bigger. At 13 you can grow so fast over night you wake up sore. Which means that you won t lose 15 kgs, because you will grow and add that weight. Also, exercise means muscle which weighs more than fat.Relax, be healthy, give your body time to change and you will end up strong fit and healthy.
