Congrats on the loss of weight!I would say that you should step up your work out! ^_^ or mix something new in! and of course, with any workout, start out slow. Walking is great exercise for loosing weight, too. Just don t loose too much! (I did that, and it wasn t very good.) Good luck on reaching your goal! =)
