We shall not feel any difficulties in our heart to lose weight. In my experience, the most comfortable, efficient and safest way to lose our weight is walking for a long distance. I lost 2kg/ week. It surely works!Anyway, you can also try balanced diet from www.eexcel.com to keet fit. I lost 1.5 kg/week with that!In additions, you shall eat more vegetables and fruits to reduce junk food, oily foods and fat meats, etc if necessary. It makes your skin shinny and clean too! Try to find interesting works and games to reduce your excessive appetite (if any). Good luck.
Juice/water fasting. It s really hard if you don t have support of your friends/family, but it helps with a load of health issues. Start eating healthy, raw fruits/veggies are great. After a couple weeks of eating a lot of raw foods and not much additives and chemicals, try fasting for 24 hours. Then continue to eat healthy for a couple days, maybe a week depending on your body. Then, if you made it the 24 hours, try for 2-3 days. Don t go more than 5 days without talking to your doctor first, but a good 3-5 day fast does amazing things for your will power and digestive system. A lot of doctors will recommend fasting a couple days at the change of each season. I ve been doing it since I was younger and it d done amazing thing for me, not to mention the weight loss advantage!P.S. Here s a couple of the more informative site on everything you could want to know about fasting...
How to lose weight?Daily Exercise and Proper Diet.1. Set small, realistic goals. If you have a lot of weight to lose, try for 5 pounds, relax a bit and then go for 5 more.2. Start a regular exercise program and stick with it.3. Sneak in extra exercise in addition to your regular program. Park at the far end of the parking lot and walk; take the stairs instead of the elevator.4. Eat healthy fats from nuts, seeds and olive oil, and high-fiber foods such as vegetable salads and whole-grain pastas.5. Choose foods that you like. This worked for me about 2 years ago.. I lost 37 pounds in a little less than 3 months.Breakfast: Bowl of Oatmeal (made with water) and a fruitSnack: Rice cakes, but the ones that are flavored (really not bad)Lunch: Tuna and crackers or a wrap from SubwayDinner: Anything grilled - Chicken was the best. Don t put marinades on them though - try basting or soaking in NO fat Italian Dressing. Put some wheat noodles on the side or a sweet potato or frozen veggies.Wheat is good for you and high in Fiber. With all of this, I walked/ran on my treadmill each night for 45 minutes (sometimes 30). I would also do a few situps on my weight bench or leg lifts to slow down from my run. As you get going, you ll find other foods that are good for you, but that s a good start. Good luck - you CAN and WILL do it!!!!
To start, start cutting out certain sugary foods, such as; soda, chips, cookies. Their okay every once in a while, but not every day or anything. Cutting out those things make an impact on weight, and lowers craving.Eating healthy foods is very important. Eat more meat/protein and veggies. (The bright, colorful foods are the best for you) But moderate how much you eat.Exercise is another main thing to focus on. You could eat anything you wanted, as long as you burned more calories than you ate.But best exercises are like, starting out with a jog, then coming home and doing things like; sit ups, crunches, and squats. Do that on a daily basis and your sure to drop weight fast.
