I want to know about a good liquid diet that can help me lose weight fast.Any diet plans? -

My dear, please stay away from liquid diets. They DON T work. Eat a healthly diet of fruits and vegetables and you will be as slim and trim (not to mention healthy and full of energy) as a beautiful movie star.There is a lot of bad food in our supermarkets today so please read the labels on everything very carefully. : )Hope this helps,Susan Benson

5 2 and 120 lbs sounds just perfect, but if you want to lose weight i suggest cutting calories and going for a run in the morning.Liquid diets are dangerous.But if you must,I heard the cabbage soup diet works.

i agree with susan- liquid diets are bad news. stick with healthy foods and cardio exercises :)

why would you wanna lose weight if you re already skinny?
