i just had a baby 3 months ago and while i was pregnant i gained about 20 pounds! now i weigh 130 and im 56 soo thats great for me :) i dont want to loose anymore but what i did was drink alot of water eat what ever i wanted but not stuff my self just eat small amount and dont eat SLATY things good luck and congrats on the baby they are funn! oh and excerisize a little but wait till ur atleast 3 months to excersize

Drink lots of water!!! 6-8 bottles of it. Not all at once a bottle evry hour or so. excersize and watch how much sodium you eat. no more than 1500 millagrams of sodium and you ll lose pounds fast maybe 5 pounds a week!!! Good luck! (This diet is SAFE to!!!!!)
