Out of ideas on how to lose weight. help!? -

ok so i have that belly fat thing and its driving me insane. ive tried to keep an exercise routine, ive tried weight watchers, ive attempted to change the way i eat, but i cant seem to stick with anything. i love chocolate and junk food, always have. i have no idea what 2 do. i try nd try and i always end up back 2 where i started. i was thinking about getting a treadmill but i don t have the money for one, or the room to put it anywhere. im 17 yrs old. please help...and give like real answers, not eat fruits and veggies bc i know that. i need to know how to stick with something that shows results.

You have to do cardio! Think of it this way. If you eat 2000 calories a day and don t excercise you keep the same problem with your belly, but if you do an hour of cardio 3-5 times a week (walk, run, jog, all can be done for free ouside) and burn up 1500 calories and only eat 1000-1200 calories, you will lose weight.Since you are using up more calories than you are feeding your body. Your metabolism will increase and your body will start to feed of its fat storage. Also if you lift weights your body will burn up more calories to sustain your muscles.
