It sounds like your weight loss program isn t a very good one for targeted weight loss. If you are working on one specific area, try not dieting as much, but instead exercising that specific area.

im not sure what you can do but try to do exercises that work out what you want to lose and maybe your body will work towards burning more fat in that area rather than your face
