Eat Yogurt everyday drink Milk every day...Then jog every morning... Exercise.Keep track of how many calories you eat...Drink plenty of water.Eat six small meals a day.Eat organic vegetables and fruits for breakfast like apple, no-fat yogurt.Dont depend upon on only fat burning diet supplements.Eat lots of fibre.Consume more good fats. There are good fats and bad fats.Good fats provide you with essential fatty acids (linoleic and linolenic acids) needed for normal reproduction and growth, as well as for production of prostoglandin, a hormone like compound that regulates blood pressure, prevents blood clotting and lowers the risk of heart disease. For example, the reason oily fish is a great food stems from the fact that the essential fatty acids which it contains can actually help your body burn fat more efficiently and protect against disease. Get at least three portions of oily fish a week with Salmon, mackerel, herrings and sardines being good choices. You are 13 years old and you weigh 132 pounds. I don t think you need to loose weight at all. The biggest thing for you is to tone/ muscle up. Try lifting weights and drinking more milk. A study in England said that if a teenager slept for at least 7 hours in a completely dark room they have a 70% chance to be healthier and stronger. The biggest thing is to not put chemicals in your body( aka drugs and alcohol) they aren t a way to be cool. Try joining sports that you enjoy or want to try.Good luch
Hey I m 13, 130 lbs and a girl. I m trying to get to 115 or 110 lbs and I m on an exercise plan to do it.Running is the only way to go. Drop diets or pills, those things will just make you crash and burn. Running is a life-long commitment that will make you look and feel healthier. Plus since you re a guy the muscles will be uber attractive ;)But before you go and freak out you should take this http://pediatrics.about.com/cs/growthcha to see if you re at your ideal weight and if you really need to lose weight.I started running about six months ago starting off slow (1 mile, 2.5 miles, and I slowly worked myself up to 6 miles now. It takes time.) and I counted in kilometres which is easier. I ran and walked for most of those few months and just began seriously running recently (no breaks) for 10 km (which burns 500 calories for me).I ll be slim in five months.DON T obsess about losing weight immediatly. That s what makes people chose diets over something that will make you feel better than anything in the whole world. You have a good few years before you actually need to get a girlfriend and show off an awesome bod. Until then work it up slow and consistantly.Running is something you have to stick with (I d reccomend four times a week at least. You can slowly work up to five or six, no way seven because that s a death sentance only for the super obsessed). It s painful, its horrible but we both know its well worth it in the end.It s gotta be the healthiest addiction in the whole world.School will get in the way, so will the weather so lately my whole thing is get home, eat, go on the computer, go for run (at 5:00). Work up slowly to where you can burn 500 calories then if you do that for a week you ll lose a pound. I have vollyball games on Wednesdays so I just do it six days a week but so what that ll make the process slower by WHAT pray tell.Anyway, good luck!btw: its never to early to start doing other exercises (push ups, crunches, etc)
If you hate running, remember, you do not have to run a marathon to stay fit. 10 minutes of cardio each day is good enough for most. And if you cant run, try walking. 15 minutes of brisk walking a day is enough to keep most fit.
