I NEEEED to lose weight FAST ? -

well im thinkin about goin on like an all soup diet . like eat only soup and drink water for like 3 weeks.i know a few ppl who did it and lost alot of weight.im really that desperate. do ut hink i should do it?have you ever done something like a liquid diet?everyone says like you wont lose weight youll just slow ur metabolism if that is so ...how did beyonce lose 20 pounds when she did it for 2 weeks?

Eat regularly healthy foods but not a lot. drink at least 6 glasses of liquids and exercise at least 40 minutes a day, 5 days a week. I wouldn t go on a liquid diet because you would miss out on the nutrients in food. Also, foods are tasty, and you re gonna cheat and won t lose FAT at all. It doesn t matter in how long you do it because you have to lose fat health. You can lose 3 pounds a week in a healthy way. If you re loosing more than that, then you are loosing muscle, not fat. Liquid diets do work. Beyonce did the lemonade diet, look it up and think about it. You can do it for up to a month, lots of people i know have done it and they look great. It is a detox so it is good for your organs too.

The Mater Cleanser, which is a liquid diet does work. I have done it before and I lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks. Don t listen to other people, it does work.

Try it but it wont work. i should no im a health fanatic. just eat 3 large meals a day instead of 6 small ones and just eat healthly. and only drink water! and exercise its pretty simple.

ummm beyonce lost wegiht by doing the lemonade diet its pretty different she could only drink a certain amount of this gross drink everyday and she couldnt eat at all
