Check this site out to see if you should be concerned with losing weight: http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/What you should do is change your eating habit to a healthier one and start exercising (people tell you this over and over because it WORKS!).Disclaimer: I don t recommend any diet to you or anyone, but I just wanted to share my experience. You should talk to your nutritionist/doctor before making any drastic changes to your body. What I did was I went on an eating-only-corn-flakes diet. xD I lost the weight really quickly (~25 lbs). After a 2-3 weeks of eating only corn flakes breakfast/lunch/dinner (NO snacks whatsoever), I went off the diet and started eating normal, and healthy foods, with A LOT of water and tons of fruits. I m able to keep off the weight I ve lost for ~6 years now.Currently, I ve been exercising. I have an air-stepper at home, and I get on it for 15 minutes each day to get my cardio workout. I take my pulse at 5 min. intervals for 15 minutes to see if I m improving. ^_^ Then, I get on my Total Gym and start working on my arms and legs (pulling, pushing, etc.). To tone my abs, I do 200 crunches; they are much easier than sit-ups. ^_^ Lastly, I do 100 of those standing-up crunches. I don t know what to call them, but I saw it on Hip-Hop Abs. You can see a sample of it here: http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitnessThe lay down crunches and the standing up crunches that I do gave me the flat stomach I have now. ^____^ Very happy with the results. You can do as many as your body can tollerate for ONE day and feel your stomach flatter immediately afterwards (at least for me)! It s incredible! If you do not have gym equipment, just jumping around and running place for 15-30 minutes will get you your cardio workout. Eat yougurt, fruits, and other health foods. Drink tons of water and your daily dosage of milk. ^_^Good luck! :D
I would not recommend the Liquid Diet; its dangerous to your health. The liquid diet is anywhere from 500 to 1200 calories a day. It is just a fad diet and doesn t work at all. The only weight you will lose from it will only be water weight, and it will cause a deficiency of important nutrients in you body. However, I would recommend fatloss4idoits because it provides your body with a good eating plan. It is like nutri-system only it doesn t cost near as much. You will lose the weight naturally and keep it off.
Don t starve yourself, your body needs food and nutrients. A simple recipe of healthy eating and exercise will give you results.Start by cutting out saturated fats (butter, mayo), sugars and alcoholic beverages. Eat 5-6 healthy, small meals a day that are high in protein, low in fat. Never skip breakfast...if you like eggs, buy Egg-Beaters, a very healthy alternative to eggs. Don t eliminate all of your carbs either...your brain needs them, so if you enjoy pasta and bread, make sure it s whole grain, but in moderation.Drink tons of water!! Be careful of the flavored sport waters, they typically have high sugar content. Stick with plain bottled, tap water. In addition to healthy eating, you need to increase your exercise. Cardio will burn calories and is a must when trying to loose weight. If you don t have a gym membership, start jogging, walking up hills, biking, swimming. All of which will burn calories and promote weight loss. Add some weightlifting too if you have access to weights and do low weight w/ high reps for toning. I personally have followed everything I ve mentioned and have shed unwanted pounds with success. Hope this helps, just don t resort to a liquid diet, starving your body will only hurt you in the long run.Good luck
Lol, Anorexia is not good for sure. You could try cleansing your body of the toxins that are built up inside which will also rid of a lot of fat and water weight. Cleansing is healthy and is not a diet. I ve been doing it and it s working for me. So far I ve lost 26 pounds in less than 3 weeks. I d be happy to provide more info if you want... email me at answers@tonycalhoun.com. Good luck whatever you do!
The Atkins diet has been proven to help people lose weight, how quickly, I couldn t say but I know a couple of friends who have lost weight with it although it remains open to discussion as to how good it really is for you.
the human body can never lose weight fast...drastic measures kill water and muscle weight, which is stupid...change your lifestyle for once and for all...eat a small healthy meal every 4 hours, drink enough water and brisk walk one hour daily...no excuses please...
try sweating it out. when i try to cut weight for wrestling i run in several pairs of sweats and sweaters. and i go to the sauna fully dressed. its not that healthy though... but if you dont care than do that.
If you wantto lose wight.....spaceout your meals and dont eat after 6pm....drink plenty of water and do this video every day http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr
