1) If you lose weight fast the odds are you are going to put it back on fast.2) If as you claim you are eating and drinking nothing of any nutritional value then you cannot be performing any kind of decent workout because you won t have the energy/mental agility to do it (seriously relying on your body to burn fat for all your energy needs will make you clinically depressed!).3) See your doctor and get a proper diet/exercise plan!
