If it is just for the sake of fast and not a lifestyle change, you should increase protein while decreasing carbs and consuming caffeine. You typically drop about 20 lbs in 2 weeks with this. I did this to make weight for the military; however, this is not healthy. It is only for fast weight loss in conjunction with about 50 mins of cardio daily. If you are doing it the healthy way, try determining how many calories you need a day to maintain your weight and consume about 1000 less than that daily to lose 2 lbs a week (without exercise) and in conjunction with a cardio working your way up from 15 mins of cardio daily to an hr, you can lose a significant amount while not drastically changing your diet. A more modest goal is to cut out 500 cal a day. 3500 cal = 1 lb of weight loss.
