I need to lose weight fast.? -

Girls as you know bikini season is right around the coner.And i need to lose weight FAST.I do do a bunch of sports but those arnt helping me lose weight.Please and Thanks (:

And if you re not really overweight, you should evaluate exactly why you aren t comfortable with your body and if it s because of what you think of it or what other people think of it. Other than that, weight control is all about your intake of calories to the amount you burn. Eat more food with less calories, and exercise regularly.

If you need to lose weight fast, that probably means you re doing something wrong the rest of the time. What you probably need to do is change the way you eat all the time. But there IS a way to lose a lot of weight real quick. Go to a bookstore and check out French Women Don t Get Fat by Mireille Guiliano. It s a great book that will teach you how to stay thin for the rest of your life. But also, she has a section about how to lose a bunch of weight real quick just to get you started. But read the whole book. It s totally worth it.

Well i know its hard to stay away from the sweets but i eat salade, veggies, yogurt, fruit, milk products, and healthy low calorie granola bars. . I work out for 1-3, by running, biking and yoga. to reduce your body weight you need to do the diet correctly, still eating regularly, sport enough, avoid stress and take supplements

drink 8 glasses of water each day for a week. replace any juices you may drink with water. and dont eat any kind of breads. try this for a month. it worked for my mom.

run 2 miles every day and eat right

eat proportioned meal, about 6 small meals a day. and exercise is very important so continue doing your sports. your weight might just be muscle from all the sports you do and not actual fat.good luck =]

change your diet. don t DIET but like just eat healthier and OH celery is really good because you ll burn more calories eating it than it gives you
