GAH! all those people are WRONG, they have no idea about basic human biology!If you stop eating, your body goes into starvation mode, and it LOWERS your basal metabolic rate (the amount of calories you use each day by doing nothing). Diet: Protien, fat (good fat omeg-3 and -6) and low GI carbsExercise: Strength (ie weights, 10-15 reps high intensity) aerobic (ie light jog for 40 mins 3 times a week)
Atkins. Stop ALL sugar, carbs, junk. In two days your metablism will change from sugar burning to fat burning, and in a couple of weeks you will lose plenty of weight.Exercise too, but intensive interval training. You need to sweat and be out of breath.
