honestly the easiest best way to lose weight is to exercise and eat right. *try to eat things with a lot of fiber like carrots, grapefruits, and celery sticks are very healthy. cut back on carbs (especially white bread or pasta)*exercise for at least 20 min. a day to stay healthy. (if you wanna lose weight then exercise for about an hour)*chew gum when your craving something* for girls i recommend they try yoga or belly dancing (it gives you a really feminine look in the end=)* don t eat 2 hours before you go to bed*drink a lot of water (cut soda diet drinks out)* and last but not least, EAT a big BREAKFAST! on days that i dont eat a big breakfast i find that i binge more later. Take a brisk walk every morning for about 10-20 mins. Exercise is really important and you can see improvements in fitness in as little as 3 weeks. Drink lots of WATER! Force yourself to drink 10 to 12 glasses a day especially before a meal. Drinking water before you eat will curb your appetite. I tried not eating BETWEEN meals, and i lost a few pounds in a week. It works surprisingly well actually..and if you go for a jog every other day that helps too. and make sure u drink a lot of water.
