its not healthy to rapidly drop weight, quickly. you can loose weight by eating sensibly, (eat more fruits and vegtables, and less junk food) and working out.

it s not that hard, eat healthy. lots of fibber, drink water!!!! cut out the juice. eat enough healthy food at regular intervals and exercise ( combined this will boost your metabolism). just make sure you burn more calories than you take in. take your vitamins and make sure you eat enough healthy fat( like omega) limit your nighttime snacking, if your hungry b4 bed then have a hand full of almonds(not roasted and not salted) and maybe some yogurt. good luck. oh ya studies show you lose more if you exercise to music.
