What is the easiest way to lose weight...FAST? -

I m not huge or anything...but since me and my boyfriend have been together...about 2 years i gained like 30 pounds...i really would like to get rid of it, so that way i can have a little more self confidence. please help i am open to any suggestions!! thanks

It s simple really.. Eat healthy and exercise.. You don t have to quit eating the cookies, but just keep them to a minimum.. And when cooking add lots of veggies and fruits. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes a day.. You ll feel better, look better, and your stress will go away!

try Yoga which made me to loose 12kgs in 45 days and looks its great.But dont try to do jims and all because it may help but finally you are going to loose the structure and body shapes if you stop it and again you will start gaining it. heya.well I was fat like a humpty dumpty when i was 16. So I was tired of being called fatty.. so i started going on some sort of crash diet. It helped though. What I did was :1. I completely stopped munching after 5.2. I stopped consuming carbonated drinks.3. Instead of taking pasta or rice. I wehnt on just a slice of bread. for each day.4 Exercise for atleast 30 minutes. With alot of Crunches, sit ups. and jog.And the result. I dropped almost 20 kilograms in 2 month.

Well is the simple matter that you dont probably want to do exercise the only advise that I can give you is eat smaller portions your body will get use to it and your stomach would ask for less food, if you dont want to do exercise at least move alot when you clean, have sex, or even dance but seens you gain 30pounds than you need to exercise and eat smaller portions maybe once a week eat something that you like and the rest of the other days eat healthy
