well whats working for me is hitting the weights twice a weekand doing cardio 3 times a week for 120 minutes each time.eat most of my calories in the morning and have one all vegetable meal
need more details....but eat small portions, avoid lots of red meat and greasy junk food....exercise as much as possible, sleep your 8 hrs...do not eat anything heavy at nites, drink lots of water....veggies and fruits.
