There are diet pills out there that make you lose weight fast. The only one that I believe really works is EPH 200. The rest make you gain the weight back as soon as you stop using the medication. Lyposuction works and lasts only for a few months, then you get even fatter than before. Drink a lot of water and eat a lot of fruits, vegetables, salads. If you have to eat bread, eat whole grain. If you have to eat rice, eat brown rice. Make sure you exercise and instead of taking an elevator or escalator, take the stairs. Keep in mind that in order to lose weight, you must burn more calories than you consume. A lot of people say not to count your calories, but you should count them because you need to know how much your consuming.
Here s what I do:Apples - they fill you up.ICE water - it kills the hunger.And EXERCISE - 40 minutes of cardio a day - jogging is best, the treadmill is good too, but at least the Precor machine, the Cross-trainer isn t hard enough.Lower your fat intake, raise your metabolism. It s the only safe way to get it off and keep it there.
if you want to be fatter later then dont eat.Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu s even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :) P.S. If you are one of those people that says i dont have time to eat 6 meals a day, guess what you can buy a meal replacement shake to make up for meals that you can eat. You can get them at GNC or natural food stores. No excuse! Get yourself in shape!

The best way to lose weight fast is eating. Yep that s right eating, but you don t have to excercise either. All you do is watch what you re eating meaning no sweets or fats and oils kind of foods. Eat lots of the major food groups like bread and you want to cut of foods like hamburgers and french fries. It s going to be hard, but it s a sacrafice you gotta make.
