Diet and exersize?Run in the mornings, eat healthy foods in smaller portions. No deep fried foods, candy, pop, juice, or anything like that. Stick to water and eat fresh fruits and lean meats.
Agree with the previous answer... do some cardio such as running or cycling combined with some yoga or pilates... Eat healthy nutritious and small portions five times a day.... Cut out sodas, fast-food, dressings and sauces.... Add fruit, veggies, fish, meat. Snack on nuts, berries or joghurt.
