put on sweat pants and tape the bottoms of them around your ankles and same with a hoodie around your wrist and sit in a sonna for like a long time. im sure that would do it. it will get hot as heck thought but you will sweat alot lol
you should run often and eat healthy foods
atkin (ton of veggie than meat) and exercising.. at least 5-10 pounds in 2 weeks. Omigod, some of these advice are terrible!!
