Go on a veggie juice diet, but it is important to make your own veggie juice from raw veggies, don t buy V8 or something. It s extremely nutritious and very healthy. Combine this with 5 hours per week of physical exercise (biking, jogging, walking, hiking, w/e you want) and you will lose the weight not problem.
