People tell you that it slows down your metabolism, well yes. But what other reason do they give that it s bad? When you get done doing it, the first couple of days only drink juice, water, and soup. Then move to whole foods. I ve heard of people losing 20 pounds in 14 days and they were exactly my height and weight(which is still in the healthy weight range). But you have to drink purified water everyday and at least 6 glasses of it. You will not become anorexic as some people will say, as long as you stop before you get too skinny. try exercising with cardio. Run or fast pace walk 2 miles a day I normally use a waist band that I bought from walmart for 5 to 6$ it will help you sweat more while you do your cardio. Eat light, easily digestive foods dark green leafy salads vinegarette dressing, fish , shrimp, frozen or fresh veggies lots of water no sodas. SWEAT,SWEAT, and more SWEAT.
I lost 17 lbs really fast by eating very little. It s not a healthy way to lose weight but it works. I just didn t eat anything all day till like 8 pm and I ate whatever I wanted and I lost a lot of weight.
