Cardio is the best and quickest way to lose weight. Muscle burns more calories than fat. Jogging and Walking are great work outs. Jog for a few minutes then walk and so on. Anything to get your heart rate up. Find five to ten exercises you enjoy (push ups, crunches, jumping jacks etc...) and do three sets of 10 reps. You are constantly moving but you have a variety of exercises to do to target different parts of your body. Of course eating a healthy diet plays a huge role in your outcome. Drink a glass of water before eating so you don t over eat. Eat six small meals a day to keep your metabolism going and don t forget to reward yourself daily with a treat. hmm Drugs..Speed, E...all make you lose it within weeks...but if you are anti drugs i suggest working out, running, eating stuff without Carbs/Fat....and working out DAILY, for like 3 hours.
