IS MY DiET PLAN OKAY...?!? -

Im going to try a diet of only apples and soup. Here s my eating plan:Breakfast:1 apple or 1 slice wholegrain toast 1 bottle water (its all i drink)Lunch:1 apple1 bottle waterSnack:1 apple or handful of nutsDinner:Soup with breadroll (wholegrain only)I am 5 4 (163cm) weigh 136 pounds (62kg). My BMI is something like 21-22. I want to get to 50kg. So I want to lose about 12-13kg Id still be in the healthy BMI range. How long do you think it would take? Do you think the diet would help me lose weight quickly? And do you think I should take any vitamins to supplement my diet?

well this diet your on won t last long because you will naturally crave other things because you are depriving yourself. you may want to lose weight quick (like everyone) but if you actually keep up this depriving diet your on you will quickly gain the weight back unless you plan on eating that way for the rest of your life. heres a example of something better and healthier than your diet that you canstick to:-Breakfast: 1 cup of any whole grain cereal (cheerios, Grape nut Flakes, kashi...) pieace of fruit.. perhaps your apple..-Lunch: try a Garden burger on whole wheat bread low fat chees, letuce tomato...etc... no mayo or anything fattening on it just add ketchup.. peice of fruit.. cantelope.. watermelon.. or your apple...*Snack: have some strawberries or grapes Something sweet and yummy to tickle your taste buds to subside junk food cravings.Dinner: (you need more protein and fiber in your diet) try: wild rice,brown rice, or long grain rice they have more nutritional content than white rice. A vegetable such as- broccli, aspargus, artichoke... and maybe some lean turkey or chicken....* if you have cravings other craving try drinking some tea or have some soup like tomato or vegetable,menistroniremember dont eat after 8 pm we tend to do less activity before bed time and if you eat before you go to bed you will gain weight quicker. Think about it retard, If you eat only an apple and soup each day you are going to be not getting the right ******* nutrients. This question sounds like a little skinny *** anorexic girl is trying to say oh i am so fat. YOU have to eat mre than that dumb *** so think about it and try again. Retard. Some people just do not know a healthy eating plan or weight and should die of malnutrition just so they can really think wow i just comitted suicide by eating apples and soup. go to burger king and grab a 3500 calorie whopper and let the grease slide that under processed nasty *** meet down your anorexic throat.

u keep eating apples. i love apples too, but apples are made form natrual sugars, which u should not overdo.eat one apple for lunch and for breakfast have one slice of wholegrain toast with eggs! im on a diet too, and for breakfast i have cheerios, and for lunch i have and apple and for dinner i have soup.

Why would you go on a diet your, BMI is good? That diet doesn t sound like much, an apple and a bottle of water for lunch is not enough to keep you going. You have a perfect BMI, I don t think you should go on a diet. Just eat healthy and exercise. Good luck!
