If you join the gym and watch what you eat that is a very attainable goal. Eat healthy, do 30-45 minutes of cardio 4-6 days a week, running is the best, but use the other equipment. i like to do 2 different cardio exercises for 20 minutes each, gets less boaring. use the weight machines also and you will look great for your trip. The slim fast drinks would help with the cravings for breakfast, eat a healthy lunch and dinner. Salad, lean meats, veggies and fruits.(fruit would also help with the cravings. jello and fat free pudding is also good.

Wait till your older. Trust me. Better that way.
You should eat six meals a day to help speed up your metabolism. Five of your six meals should be small/medium size, your biggest meal of the day should be in the morning... your body needs the fuel and you have all day to burn it off. Also I read that people who eat eggs for breakfast loose 65% more fat than people who eat bagels, cereal, ect..You shouldn t be eating junk... stuff that comes pre packaged. You need lots of fresh veggies and fruit(buy frozen if you can t fo fresh) Eggs, chicken and fish are a great source of protein. Yogurt, cheese, oatmeal are all good little snacks. Don t drink soda it is awful for you and doesn t help when trying to loose weight, stick to water, 100% juice and milk.Organic apple cider vinegar helps with weight loss. I suggest not drinking it by its self, I like to add apple juice and don t drink more than 2tbs of that stuff a day or you will be stuck on the toilet.... You can find it at health food stores. Flaxseed oil is great to add to your diet as well, it doesn t help with weight loss but it is very good for you.You should do some cardio aat least30 mins a day. Check out www.bodybuilding.com you can get free advice from professional trainers.Hope this helps! Good luck:)If you must have some sweets I would eat it with/after breakfast:)
Okay so Im like a year older than you (I turned 18 two months ago)and I have been doing this eating plan/exercise regime for the past couple weeks and it has been working really well. Im seeing some good results.I get up in the morning and do an hour of cardio and take the weekends off. Also on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evening, I do some strenght training. I eat alot of really small meals; like every hour and a half I have a small healthy snack sized meal.Forinstace, -an apple with peanutbutter -8oz of reduced sodium V8 with eight mulitgrain tortilla chips, with 2 tbls guacamole-a pack of reduced sugar oatmeal with a banana- yougurt with 2tbls granola You can mix and match and just use common sense when it comes to your meals. Just keep them small and eat every hour and a half-two hours. At dinner time, I measure out a half cup of the main meal and then eat a small salad on the side with low sugar dressing. You WONT be hungry. And good luck!
