at 13 you cont restrict your diet your body is still growing and it could affect you later in life.cut out all the bad stuff have a healthy breakfast drink lots if water and exercise. little and often is good as your body doesn t go in to starving mode and hold on to everything you eat.
Eat fruit and take walks regularly for about 2-3 monthsworks for me :]
3 meals a day and at least half an hour exercise a day =]
