my uncle lost over 30 pounds eating salad every day for lunch and i know you said no excersizing, but walk a mile EVERY MORNING when you get up, and drink LOTS of water. it really worked and i hope it works for you. limit on all the fatty foods and stick to fruits and veggies, occasional snacks are O.K, but like i said, stick to fruits and veggies

Cut the junk food, no soda, cut the sugars, eat more lean meats, and vegetables. If you want juice- go for fruit instead, juice is horible. You need to do some excercise (it will help burn the calories that you eat on a regular basis), so I d suggest starting with a half an hour walk and build it up to an hour. Plus the walking is great fro when you do get preg. Good Luck!

well you don t have much time you should have started sooner if you did you should have gone to wait watchers it really works my teacher did it and she lost 139 pounds over like a couple months so i highly recommend it!!!
Losing weight quickly is not good idea as you will put it on again just as quickly. Try moderating your diet, eat healthy foods, no take aways, do not fry food and cut down alcohol. If you do not want to exercise, by lowering your calorie intake you will lose weight.
Yoga is the best answer. All you have to do is Do this ASAN Exercise for 10 Min Twice a day 1. Sit on Chair but make sure your legs are touching the ground.2. Quickly breath as much air as you comfortably can and then release it Quickly. While breathing out make sure you pull your stomach as much as you can. 3. Repeat this without a break for 10 Min twice a day for week you will see the difference and then you can gradually increase the time. Benefit s of this Exercise. 1. First this will give you a good workout around your belly.2. This exercise is not so hard but it can give you slight cramps if you don t do it regularly for 2 days. 3.
