I am 58 and 120 lbs. should i continue my weight loss program? -

NO, not unless you want to look like a toothpick. You might want to switch to a weight MAINTENANCE program at this point.

Weight is NEVER the issue. I just can t get that across to women because they have always been told they are fat or that they need to lose weight.It would be nice to get off the scales and find out what your BODY FAT INDEX is. The best athletes have the lowest body fat index, indicating that they have almost all muscle.That should, in my humble opinion, be your focus, you will feel better about yourself and actually be doing the right thing. I know it is cliche, but join a gym, even for a short time and ask the pros, that is what they will tell you.You are maybe even under weight..Hope this helps,Helper

Umm no, you should gain weight hun;I am 5 9 and weigh 125 and everyday I get told by my mom that I need to gain weight by eating several small meals a day and lots of meat blah blah blah.But point is, I think you should gain a couple extra pounds ;)

you ARE and will continue to be under weight if you continue your weight loss program...just eat healthy and exercise and youll be fine!!

i think thats probably fine where your at. You don t wanna look to skinny. A little fat goes a long way, especially if your not muscular. SO if thats the case maybe put on a little more...
