I really want to tone up and lose all my wobbly bits in time for summer, or perhaps now as it s getting hotter and sunnier. How could I lose weight quickly? In school I go to the gym for 2 hours a week. I ve had problems with my weight before, very nearly turning to anorexia and bulimia(see my other questions) So how can I lose weight HEALTHILY? Also I drink green tea. :) x In time for summer? :D
there is no better thing i could advice than this, my girlfriend lost three stne with it and you dont need even feel your exercising, but exercise is the key regular and healty eating.
i don t know what stones are? can you give us a measurement in pounds?
