Please help me lose weight: ? -

I gained a ton of weight due to major depression and the dreaded freshman 15! Could anyone give me a good way to kick start a healthy weight loss plan and then a constant regimen I can follow. I d like to lose a good about of weight at first and then keep the loss steady there after. I am on a dance team and practice for 2hrs twice a wk. I m also fairly muscular but still larger than I want to/ am accustomed to being. I am 5 4 about 165 lbs, I used to weigh 125 and was SKINNY (because of my musculature) so I think that between 130 and 140 would be a good size for my body type. I do need to lose weight quickly for an audition as well, if I can get down to 150 ASAP and then lose the rest the right way...

Weight lifting is a good means to targetyour problem areas for men and women. It s not necessarily to become abodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help youto target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Sometimes you can work out like crazy and still not lose weight. And if your eating right that good but for some people finding out what works with there blood type is good also. Example, I m O negative. I should stay away from potatoes and wheat products. Potatoes i just turn to starch and wheat makes me feel run down. Look on the internet and search what i am talking about. People have lost weight doing this method. My mom did it casual and lost 30 lbs. while her friend followed it to a T and lost 80lbs.

I recommend weight watchers for sure! If you really follow the program, you will lose prolly 10 pounds pretty quick and then the rest will come off steady. You can do the meetings or the online program. It WORKS!!ALSO. Check out How to eat like a Hot Chick . Fantastic book!!!

Exercise and eat right. You are young so the weight should come off quickly once you become more active. Try walking, running or cycling daily (at least 45 mins) and change the type and intensity of your workouts in order to speed up your metabolism.

You can become a vegetarian! It is healthy for your diet, it helps you knock off pounds, and at the same time saves about 95 animals per year!
