okay don t listen to the whole vegetarian thinggoing to the gym and exercising makes u feel good about urself and about eating animals lol. I mean 1 person not eating meat helps but idk how it helps the environment.secondly there is no true way of loosing weight fast. I mean u can do atkins and loose at least 10 lbs in one week, but the minute u get off it, you ll explode like a watermelon in its ripe seasons lol. so i suggest u count calories and workout and run a lot. drink tons of water.
eat healthy =), don t drink any type of sodas!!! drink a lot of water, and if you like juices replace them with fruits...or you can try the Fitness challenge (cereal?) is something you have to buy but is cheap...replace two of your meals with this fitness cereal... and in 2 weeks you supose to lose a size!
really you can t looose it that QUICKLY, you need to run and stuff and work out, go on a diet and drink lowwww carbs! if you have a wii? maybe get the wii fiit that helps ALOT!

eat really healthy. have green tea.. its really good for you. dont eat alot either. big breakfast, medium lunch, small dinner. dont eat passed 8. exerciese alot.
drink lots of water, exercise and don t eat very much.
