No one can tell you for sure except a doctor, but I suggest you tell him that if he does not let you and his parents know what is wrong and how he needs help, then you can t allow him to keep the kids overnight because you don t know what could happen while they are there.Good luck.
He probably has either liver cancer or cirrhosis of the liver.or else the Hep C is progressing to the final conclusion of this disease. Whatever it is it does not look good.
