Okay, i still need help with weight loss? -

btw, thank you for the job tips. I am still needing help with it. I live in what i call a OLDIE Neighbor hood. so its decent. okay, so i asked my dad if i can become veg. he said hell no. I would love to lose some weight. Im sorry but it is hard to not eat fast food at my mothers house. she has nothing but junk food even though i say oh i am a diet. she still buys junk food for my brother and stuff and its hard for me. so i need to ask you people, i need weight loss tips. so whats the average for weight loss in a month? and what specific foods should i eat and dont give me eat 6 small portioned meals. i cant because i am in school. What excercises should i do? like i want to fit my arms stomache and thieghs. or however you spell it!

Well, I depends on your weight, height, and age, you should really talk to your doctor and see if you really need to loose weight first. If your mum keeps buying that kinda stuff, tell your dad and have him buy you your own food to take to her house, and just eat that, who knows maybe it will make your mum think about eating healthier.Walking a lot helps tone everything, and stairs help with the thighs.Push ups help arms. You could come up with at 10 minute routine for the first thing when you wake up and that way it is done and out of the way so you don t stress about it all day, cause stress could make you gain weight.By the way, red meat is great for muscle tone, so don t veg out on us, stay a carnivore.Hope that helps :)

You need to eat three healthy meals a day and a snack mid morning, mid afternoon and before bed. Yes you can eat a snack at school. Have some protein bars in your locker to eat between classes. Load up on veggies and lots of lean meat and eat less of the starches like potatoes, pasta, rice and breads. Pack your own lunch for school making it healthier than what they give you at school. Ask your mom to buy you things like yogurt and string cheese to snack on. For exercises look up arm toning exercises via a web search for them.

u have to do some SPORTS. Like basketball, soccer, volleyballl if u have sports u can try-out in your school DO IT it will help trust me I m in a basketball team and I m getting skinner.

I manage to keep my weight under control with this diet and workout planner that I`ve found at www.ProjectWeightLoss.com . There, you can also check how much weight you need to lose . They have an ideal weight and BMI calculator, plus interesting articles about fitness and diets. Also, theyve got a community, like myspace, with thousands of friends, clubs, forums and what not.

In twenty years of consistant exercising, maintaining a low percentage of body fat and working with thousands of successful stories in weight loss, here are three of the best attitudes to use for a weight loss and exercise program for the rest of your life.ATTITUDE #1: ITS NOT ABOUT THE NUMBERS!The health clubs are always racking their brains trying to figure out why they have such a hard time keeping members coming back. Most owners would argue that cash flow and profit margins are the most important reason to retain membership. Yes, but what drives customers to these health clubs? These owners have lost touch with what matters most, the customer! Give the customer more than they expect and they will continue to do business with you. Selling a product or service is about people more so than numbers on a spreadsheet.SINK HOLES VS. POTHOLESI want you to think of this principle in your workout. You know it is very easy to get burdened down with all the details of an exercise and diet program. While guidelines are necessary, at times focusing too much on the numbers can and will set you up for failure. You may start to think all this counting calories, reps, and keeping track of heart rates are too much to accomplish. Unexpectedly, you start to lose sight of your goals and it becomes more of a job than a hobby or stress release. You may even quit exercising. This can be an immediate sinkhole for you.It would be unrealistic to think you are not going to have some tough days. Its hard getting in shape. It takes determination and discipline. More importantly, it takes looking over those down days to the end goal. Do not get too worked up about hitting all the numbers on the charts all the time.ATTITUDE #2: ITS BEING SOLD OUT!The only way you will follow through on an exercise program is to be sold out. The military calls them lifers. These are people who are committed to something for the long haul. Are you a lifer? Could you be a lifer?A lifer has a sold out mindset. He or she realizes that there will be potholes to go through; there may even be a sinkhole up ahead, but they get through it or they go around the situation. It may take support from others, but it gets done. You may not be a lifer today, but you could be if you dont make changes now!DECISION MAKINGI was named Mr. Michigan in the statewide bodybuilding contest in 1988. When I competed in bodybuilding contests, it took me a good month to decide if I really wanted to go for that particular goal. The decision process was well thought out. I realized the days ahead would bring doubt, frustration, pain, and at times, humility. There is a sense of relief that comes with making a decision. Perhaps because once that decision is made, all the pressure is off.BEING SOLD OUT IS AN ATTITUDE OF THE HEART!PERSEVERANCEHaving a sold out attitude helps you persevere through some of the down times. There were a lot of times I just wanted to quit. But I always remembered that I had made a decision to stay in it for the long haul. My workouts did not have to be perfect all the time, as long as I kept moving forward. I just had to persevere, no matter what! So I did.SELF- MOTIVATIONA small part of all of us needs to be self- motivated. You cannot do it alone. You will always need a good support system; however, somewhere inside a little self- motivation needs to be smoldering to keep the fire going.SELF C DISCIPLINEDHaving self-discipline is different than being self-motivated. You can be motivated, but not disciplined. However, you cannot be disciplined without being motivated. No one will or can exercise for you. Nor can they tell you what to eat for the rest of your life. Being self-disciplined requires you to consistently keep the main goal in mind.ATTITUDE #3: ITS THE BIG PICTUREEach of you is different. You will put into exercise a certain amount of effort and everyone will get something different from it. You cannot just package good intentions and say, If you do this or if you buy that, you will receive this in return. It just doesnt work that way.In a nut shell:While guidelines are needed, try not to get bogged down with the details. Make a decision to make exercise and eating right a priority in your life, even if it is not up to your expectations.Exercise and better eating will give back a very fulfilling life. But you have to keep your eye on the ball. Speed bumps and potholes will always be there in season. The process of avoiding them can be a lot more fun than you can imagine.

To lose weight on the long run one must change habits of eating... one suggested not to eat unless you are really really hungry , meaning you should avoid and regular hours of eating ..Which probably means if you are in a family having regular meas times it will be very hard to stick to such a long term diet style... single people have better chance sticking a routinely diet that will effectively work,Sad but true!

Eat three 300-400 calorie meals each day and have two 100 calorie healthy snacks. Think granola, yogurt, fruit, fresh veggies, etc. This will help stave off hunger and help you to avoid the tempting junk food your mother buys. You need to do a combination of cardio and weight lifting if you would like to firm up your body. There are many great websites and magazines that can give you new ideas on what exercises to do so that you don t become bored. Doctors recommend losing 2 pounds per week and no more. Studies have shown that people who lose weight faster than that are more likely to gain the weight back. Losing weight slowly also gives your skin a chance to shrink as you shed fat and build muscle. It does you no good to lose a bunch of weight if your body ends up being covered with sagging skin.

Listen its okay to eat fast food. But also eat oatmeal

Hi everyone reading this! xMy heart goes out to anyone struggling to lose weight. There are a lot of people on here to try and help ( now i feel like Lassy )I replyed to this other girls question, then i found a similar one 2 minutes later, so to save my fingers I ve copy/pasted this!Well in answer to your question; i can only tell you of my experience. I was a size 14 last year. I wanted to lose or accelerate weight loss, and so i tried pills and starvation plus a few diet plans. Because all of a sudden you control your eating, i lost a few pounds initially, but it always came back in the end lolMy sister went to this one website which offers a choice of diet plans. At first i was naturally sceptical but in the end i had a try. I liked the website because it was honest advice and there wasn t any of that sale driven c mon, you ll be as thin as a twig next week baloney. Anyway, cut a long story short, I m a size 8- OK i lost an average 2-3 pounds a week which isn t as much as what other plans claim, but i could never get to a size 12 before and that was with exercise too! I am encouraged to eat out and even have chocolate lol+i don t go hungry ever.It is good value for money too , anyway, i do tend to jibber don t i lol?The website is Dietplansforlife.comHope i have helped!! xx

Extreme weight loss tips! Please help.? -

I need to lose 30 pounds quickly!! Is starving myself an option? I m not allowed to do anything stressing exercises. Nothing but stretching. What can I do?

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on yourinitial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don teat wheat then you don t eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, youdon t eat junk food, and you don t eat biscuits. But your diet isstill balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points orto buy special meals or plans.

You know what, my advise is that you should eat at least 5 portions of fruits and vegetables. That s one thing. The second thing is that you should eat special k or fitness cornflakes some mornings and nights. If you can. Try to change your food so your stomach wont get bored. For example eat cornflakes in te morning and at dinner eat a salad. Dinner should be eaten before 7:00 pm! After that time you should eat nothing but water. Cancel any chocolates, maybe just a little piece twice a week. Cancel any soft drinks! Not even once a month. Any junk food should not be eaten. You should at least exercise everyday, walking, running, jogging, yoga, anything that suits you. You should not be taking any pills whatsoever. Before you eat anything check its calories and carbohydrates. If they are a lot i suggest you don t eat it. Keep eating and exercising they way i told you and believe me you will lose alot of weight. Also one more thing. Before you Start your diet and exercises weight yourself and take your body measurements and write them down on a piece of paper and after 10 days weight yourself again and take your body measurements again. You should compare them with the last 10 days and see the differences. You will see how many inches you lost from your stomach, butt, thigh, etc. Remember take your measurements every 10 days until you get the perfect body size you wanted!

Do not starve yourself, you will actually gain more weight in the beginning and its totally not health. Nutrilite has awesome products and a great weight management system. Definitely check it out.

Im trying to lose weight but i love to eat candy help? -

okay im a beautiful girl not trying to sound conciented but im persian and i have long black hair and hazel eyes im 5 4 and i am 135 lb i wanna be 110 so help any weight loss tips?

Hi! Here are steps that i took to lose some unwanted fat. Hope it will help you be successful on overcoming your lust for candy :)First, get a support system: If you explain this problem with people close to you, or even the people who supply what you eat a home (PARENTS), it will make the job so much easier for yourself..By telling close ones, you will have encouragement, support, and motivation if it gets tough. I know, it may be embarrassing or difficult to explain but it s such an important step to fixing the problem.Second, plan for the long run: Diets are suppose to be a change of lifestyle, not just a short term project. Plan for the long run; question yourself. Will you go back to your candy loving habits after you ve reached your desired weight, or will you change the way you think of eating candy. Successful diets keep you eating healthy for the rest of your life, not for a certain amount of time.Third, DO NOT set impossible weight goals. If you go by setting a weight goal that is daunting, ( like 135 to 110), right now would be a good idea to throw that out of the picture. EVERY person is different and your body will determine what weight is healthy for you. All you need to do on your part is eat in healthy proportions and with a combination of exercise and watch the changes start to take place.Fourth, DIETS DON T WORK. Every reference i make to diets, just replace it with Eating in Proportions . Diets that you see in ads or the television ( i.e. South Beach Diet) don t work in the long run. Yes you lose impressive amounts of weight, but for how long? They never show people years later after using the diet, do they? NO! Because all these diets are unnatural to the human body and limit what you can eat. Eating no carbs as a diet requirement will only end with failure. BUT, theres still hope; EATING IN PROPER PROPORTIONS IS THE ONLY WAY. You can eat anything you want, but NEVER too much of it. Fat is the unused energy from what you drink and eat. Meaning this; Your body can only use up so much energy at a time, the excess is turned into fat. Eating in Proportions is the only way to truly change how you eat for a healthy lifestyle.Fifth, Exercise is a MUST Humans are meant to move, so do what your made to do; Get exercise, especially if you really want to get your self into awesome shape. Changing the way you eat is only half the battle, exercising will ensure success. I can t stress this enough, you need a prober combination of a healthy eating habits and exercise!I hope this helps you with your goal!

First go see a doctor and get a complete examination to make sure you can lose that much weight for your age. Your Ideal Body Weight (IBW) must be maintained otherwise you are asking for worst problems than carrying around a few extra pounds. You don t say if you re a child (under 18) or an adult (over 18) so see a doctor first. If the doctor says you can lose 25 pounds I suggest you do the following. Drink one 12 ounce glass of warm or tap water with 1 tabelspoon of honey and a twist of lemon 30 minutes before each meal and one glass between meals. This will help you kill the hunger so you will eat less. The stomach sends enzymes to the brain until it is full . The glass of water helps fill up the stomach without adding too many calories helping you eat less food. As you eat less food, your body begins to burn stored fat to keep from starving. In turn the weight comes down.Since you are eating less, your body will eat itself down to the weight you re looking to achieve. If you make it a life long routine, you will alway have the body you want without starving yourself. Now get into the habit of eating more veggies and fruits. Red meat no more than twice weekly. Eat seafood and white meat like Turkey and chicken as often as you want. Eat beans of all kinds to provide your body with the protein it needs for build or upkeep muscle. When the body stops finding stored fat to burn for energy, it begins to destroy muscle to get the engery fuel it needs. You do not want that. Your description of yourself puts an image in my mind that is very beautiful. Keep it that way. Don t overdo the weight loss stuff.

Lets put it straight. Losing weight is not that hard, You will never hear me say that it is. All it takes is dedication, motivation and hard work !--There are some fairly simple changes that will greatly improve your chances of weight loss success. you want to lose weight but love candy...hhmmm...which do you love more?... the taste of candy, or the results you desire. If you want the results give up the candy. If you love the candy to much, well, no results. This should change your perspective. If you want something bad enough, you do whatever you have to do to get it.

School lunch is very unhealthy and i need ideas for a healthy lunch. im not alowed go outside and run so i need exercises i can do inside(and maybe tips so i have more energy because i have none). i dont have exercise equipment so dont say to go run on an eliptical. (and get my mind off of food so much)

Try my modification of cabbage soup diet. Bear in mind that you must continue this diet with your regular diet consisting of healthy foods.Ingredients: * 1 Bombay onion or garlic * 6 green onion leaves * 1 big cauliflower * 6 fresh tomatoes * 2 pieces of paprika * Celery * 1 fillet of salmon (without skin) * Salt and pepper * Oregano powder * Water (adjust the amount to your preferences)Instructions:First sprinkle the salmon fillet with salt and pepper, add a sprinkle of oregano. Leave it for a few hours. Then chop the salmon fillet to a small dice size.Chop the green onion leaves, garlic, cauliflower, and paprika and tomatoes. Then put all of the ingredients into the water and boil it. Leave all the ingredients in the boiling water for 10 minutes. Then lower the fire and keep boiling it until all the ingredients are soft. This soup will be your main course throughout the week so its better if you stock more ingredients just in case your supply runs out.The soup should also be your choice if you feel hungry. You should also drink pure water at least 10 glass a day. Dont drink it all at once but spread it throughout the day.Water is essential toward your body digestion and it helps clean your blood from bad particles. After three days you should feel stronger and healthier than before while losing weight at the same time.Should your digestion system is affected then consume a small portion of oatmeal to help your digestion.Day 1:Eat the soup accompanied with watermelon and melon for your main food all day long. Consume a glass of unsweetened cranberry juice before you go to bed.Day 2:Stop eating fruit at all! Consume your soup and you are allowed to eat green salad. Make sure the salad contain no dressings, peas and corns. For dinner you can consume roasted potato or baked potato with butter (dont ever think to fry it)Day 3:Consume the soup, salad and fruit but no potato today.Day 4:Eat the soup accompanied with a glass of skimmed milk. Consume 8 pieces of banana to provide your body enough energy. Your body now need carbohydrate and protein also calcium to lessen body need for sugar.Day 5Eat your soup again. Today you should consume salad and salmon fish. Make sure the salmon fish dont exceed 10 ounces.Day 6You should consume maximum 10 ounces of meat along with your soup. You need the protein here.Last DayConsume 4 table spoons of rice with vegetables. Drink fresh watermelon or melon juice without sugar and eat your soup also today.

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurites come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives etc. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To shrink the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. To learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. Cleansing was good for me. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://losebigweight.com

I congratulate you for the baby I am hoping it is a girl cos I like girls alot..well I think I can help you loss weight ,I have written so many articles on weight loss programs that works and I think they will help you..below is one of such articles A lot of us are trying to lose weight, and we want to do it fast! However, a lot of us do not have the time to go to the gym or walk for an hour every day. Here are a few tips that will help you lose weight:1. Count your calories! Make sure you always count how many calories you eat. It s a good idea to have knowledge on how many calories different food items contain. Make sure you read the label on the product you are about to eat.2. Burn those extra calories at the end of the week! If by the end of the week you realize that you have eaten more calories than you should have, then take the time to burn those calories.3. Stay away from fried foods! Fried foods are about the worst thing you can eat if you are trying to lose weight. Fried food contains a lot of fat, so stay away from it, it will only add weight.4. Don t ever skip a meal! When you re trying to lose weight, the worst thing you can do is skip a meal! You should be eating six times a day, that way, you will increase your metabolism, thus, lose weight.5. Eat fresh vegetables! Fresh vegetables contain a lot more nutrients and vitamins than boiled vegetables. Always try to eat your vegetables fresh, because when you cook them, you take away nearly half of all the vitamins and nutrients. Canned vegetables are also processed, thus, they contain less vitamins and nutrients. When you buy your fresh vegetables, always make sure they are pesticide free.6. Make chocolates a luxury item! It s important that you keep chocolate only as a luxury item, and don t eat them solely on routine. Chocolate is not very healthy, because of all the sugar and fat they contain, so don t over indulge in them.7. Say no to alcohol! If you can stay away from alcohol, do it! As we all know beer will give you that special beer belly , and I don t think you want that. Also, when you get drunk it s much harder to control what you eat.Make sure you live by these tips, that way, you will stay healthier and lose weight, without making it a long process, that takes up most of your day.Good luck!you can check out the link at http://yourhealthdoctor.blogspot.com/200 and you can aslo read more of such weight loss articles on the blog

Think about how great your body/muscles will look once you re in shape. That s what keeps me motivated

Hello there, First off, congratulations on the new addition. I am sure you are very happy that both he/she and the husband have graced your life. First off I want to say that I am not a professional dietician, and that every person s metabolism is different, so any diet or change in diet should be consulted with thru a doctor. However, that said, I have recently lost approximately 80 pounds in the last 2 years through just working out and healthy eating. Granted I do not have a kid, but here are some tips I would recommend.1.) Remember that portion size is just as important as what you eat. Having that wonderful steak is just fine, as long as you choose a 6 or 8 oz with broccoli and wild rice, rather than that 16-20 oz with loaded mashed potatoes and buttered garlic bread. 2.) You can eat fast food healthily. There are websites out there that can give you an idea of what options to choose at restaurants if you have to eat out. Chicken is always a safe bet (grilled is obviously better for you than fried). So instead of a Double Cheeseburger with biggie fries and a Diet Coke. Go with a Chicken Sandwich complemented by a small side salad and either a glass of water with a couple slices of lemon for flavor, or a glass of iced tea. Also, if you have a choice between a greasier restaurant (aka McDonalds) vs a healthier restaurant such as Subway, I d go with the latter.3.) Even every day activities burn calories, not just working out. you burn approximately 87 calories just by talking on the phone for one hour. If you have the opportunity to take the stairs or an elevator, choose the stairs. Park at the end of the parking lot rather than the front. Walk to the store when you can. All of these will start to add up. As an added bonus. involve the entire family in the project and you can all celebrate with your successes.4.) Motivation is the key. It takes approximately 3 weeks to form a habit and only 25% of that to fall back into one. Keeping on track is the key, so whether it s using unflattering pictures, things people have told you, or even future events (living to see your first grandchild born), make sure to write down these goals, and review them daily. Tell yourself that you can reach this goal, and track it on a daily basis. Buy a scale and weigh yourself every day, tracking it to make sure. If you are starting to gain a little bit, don t fret. The body is always fluctuating by a couple pounds/kilos every week based on what you eat (which by the way is a couple of days behind in determining your actual weight).5.) Have fun while on the diet. Keep things interesting. Make sure to change up the diets. Involve others by having dinner dates where you cook a new food for others. Not only does this show others you are really trying, but its a time to bond. Happiness and a good attitude is vital in good health. 6.) Small and to the point is more effective than 2 or three big meals. For breakfast, feel free to have that 2 egg omelete with green peppers and onions, with a glass of orange juice. Don t fret about the Chicken Sandwich with a small side salad. Enjoy that cheese covered salmon filet with Wild rice (which by the way is outstanding and very healthy). the key is what you do in between. Have a handfull of Almonds or Cashews between meals as a snack if you get hungry, or have an apple, or banana. There are a number of what are referred to as 0 calorie foods which by the time you are done eating/digesting them, you will have used enough energy to work off those calories. Hopefully this helps. If you have any other questions, don t hesitate to ask. And again, these are tips that I used to lose the weight. It is possible.

Weight loss is hard and staying motivated is probably the most challenging part of losing weight. I found it the hardest part of weight loss so i decided to join an online weight loss program to lose weight because i hated going to the gym. You can do it from home, they give you the diet plans and fitness programs which you can follow http://www.alfitness.com.au

It is advised that you consult a health expert or dietician before you start a weight loss program. A weight loss program that is beneficial for one person may not be suitable for another. The metabolism of each individual varies. Do not jump at weight loss programs that advertise fast weight loss as it could prove to be harmful. The right weight loss program will assist you in losing 2-3 pounds a week and not more. If you are able to consistently lose 2 pounds a week for a few weeks, you will not only be a lot thinner and fit, you will most certainly stay that way.For more details visit http://www.looseyourweight.info

change from 3 big meals to 6 small meals.cut out all the sugary oily greasy stuff you know is bad for you.drink lots of water.do cardio- only way to lose weight is to get your heart rate up.
