I need major help! Please answer!? -

Does anyone have a safe and healthy weight loss program without having to buy protein supplements? I just need a list of low calorie foods and a good exercise plan to lose a lot of weight fast! PLEASE HELP!!!!

take vitamins and eat just healthy food, and running jogging walking and bike riding and any other kind of exercise is good for you.running and swimming are best workouts!

Do not eat anything before bedtime, eat healthy. And make sure that you take your vitamins, exercise 30 mins every day, etc.. you d be on your way to skinny in no time! 33
