Teen in Need? -

im in need of a good weight loss program but how im at a really high risk of becomeing over weight cause im 13 and 5 1 and weigh 134lbs so what should i do and it has to be VERY low matnince im al ways on the move so something fast and simple im really un happy about my apperincne so what should i do P.S. ***i wanna lose 30lbs*** over the summer so i can go into my 8th grade year HOTT!!!!

First, losing too much weight too fast is bad for you. Your best bet is to consult your doctor, or a nutritionist. You are still growign, and have to make sure you maintain a healthy diet, so that you grow properly.. Consult your doctor for advice.I know it s not easy being unhappy with your appearance, especially in today s world, but stay away from fad diets, and pills.

NO!!! dont try to lose 30 lbs ur only 13 and ur still growing you ll flatten out over the summer when you grow but you can go to the gym and work on watever u want flat and eat lots of fruits and veggies!

Here s what you do:Stop eating ALL candy, chips sweets.Drink ZERO soda or juice--only water.Between meals, eat only a piece of fresh fruit or a lowfat yogurt---twice a day, NO MORE.At mealtimes, eat only as much meat as would fit in the box for a deck of cards, and fill the rest of the plate with veggies---but NOT potatoes, rice or pasta.Replace one meal a day with a tossed salad, using ONLY fat-free dressings, and MEASURE 2 tablespoons only.Stay active--walk everywhere you need to go (or ride a bike). Play sports, swim, walk the dog.....whatever you can do to be active.If you do all that, you WILL lose weight...but don t lose more than 2 pounds a week.It s not WHAT you weigh, it s how that weight is made---muscle is heavier, but it doesn t jiggle , so it looks better.

30pounds by that time dose nt seem like a realistic goal, try to go for like 17-23 pounds seems more realistic and just try to not eat more calories than u burn a day, may be a 1200calories a day seems good.

Since you are only 13 years old I would wait it out over the summer and don t worry about the weight. Hangout with your friends and have a great Summer. You will grow out of that weight, you are only 5 1 now give it a couple of months and you will get taller and loose that weight trust me I have seen it happen many of times! If you feel like thats not going to happen ask your parents to take you to a nutritionist, or see you family doctor and ask him about if you need to go on a diet. You may be surprised by the answer you may receive. My honest opinion you do not need to go on a diet, forget what those kids at school say! Hope this has helped boost you self cofidence...Take Care

okay you know what you don t need to be thin yes loos a few weight but do look at the way you dress I m in grade 9 high school and I m thin and all my other Friends are bigger the me and they still get guys its just mostly the way you dress see that the outfit soot s you ,if you really need to loose weight go to chemist and ask for Nobie s its pills only drink one at a time,pleas don t overdose caus your young
