Healthy Time Period to Lose Weight? -

I wanted to lose about 2 or 3 kg and was wondering whether dropping 1kg a week is a healthy weight loss scheme. Also, if it is, is a 1/2 run going to help me do this? Thanks. ^^

If you only need to lose a small amount of weight, it will come off more slowly than somebody that needs to lose more. 1kg/week is more than you will probably be able to do without some very serious exercise and dieting. 1/2 kg per week is more likely for somebody in your situation.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurities come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://diet4cleansing.com

To successfully lose weight, you must carry outa plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionallybalanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity. I found useful informations at http://imfit4life.com

the most the body can lose is 2lbs (about 1kg) per week. so yeah that s within what the body can do.to lose one pound you need to drop your daily calorie intake by 500. to lose 2lbs double it.however keep in mind there is a limit to how much you can drop, and if your daily requirements are already quite low (ie less than 2k) you should only aim for the 500g per week loss.

1 kg per week should be fine for most people.I know of some people who have comfortably lost 29 pounds in 31 days with a diet that I promote.
