I need a good, working, HEALTHY, weight loss thing....? -

whatever you call itdiet? no...i dont want to ... do something weird like a milk and bread diet lolno offense to...people that...do?neways...answers GREATLY appreciated!

Here are steps you can do to lose weight healthy.Breakfast: whole grain cereals, toast (whole grain bread), fruit, multivitamins and minerals (great for overall health) and 2 glasses of water.coffee breaks: fruit, vegetables, protein snacks (protein helps you feel fuller), herbal tea (great for energy and weightloss) and 1 glass of water. i love the south beach diet. take a look at the book. it s become a way of life for me. initially i lost 25 pounds, and am at a very comfortable weight. i haven t gained a pound in 5 years. and i have to confess that, although i know exercise is important for all kinds of reasons, i hate to sweat! you don t have to exercise to lose weight on south beach. good luck to you!

Don t go on a diet at all if you want to lose weight for good. Instead try eating more veggies and fruits and stay away from junk food. Make wise choices (does this have any nutritional value and is it over processed?) and don t worry so much. If you go into a diet mind frame it will be hard to stick to.
