Im wondering.What are some easy weight loss tips.Ive been drinking nothing but water and diet soda? -

Ive also been exercising and cleaning and doing anything to make me sweat.ive been watching what i eat.And all that good stuff.I just need some tips.

kick boxing is a good way to burn calories fast and if you eat less than you burn you will lose weight. soda at all is never really good for the body. and maybe try to eat half of what you normally eat too.

quit the diet soda, did u know it makes you hungry and all it is is chemicals which are bad for youmaybe try jogging in your spear time for 10-20 min a day it tones your whole body while u lose weight

youre not going to lose weight with diet soda.That stuff is BAD for so many reasons i cant even tell you.Aspartame and Sucralose, dont get me started.
