Im like, really fat but im not good at dieting/exercising? -

well, im not THAT fat but well.... i still am and i have like, no will power and when it comes to exercise, i just dont have time. i dont want to like, buy pills or anything. i want it to be a healthy weight loss. any tips? ideas?

Make time... you have time. If you don t have time to improve your health you have time for nothing else, so don t say you do not have time. You do.And learn to exorcise. Make it a routine you do 3-4 times a week for 40 minutes or so. After awhile it will become much much easier to maintain that habit. Consistency is way more important than pushing it hard for general fitness purposes.Quit eating fast food and anything containing modified food starches and high fructose corn syrup.

You have time. You don t have willpower and make excuses. Don t give that BS. I m a full time college student, and work full time, and I still have time to work out an hour a day, 6 days a week. If I can, anyone has the time to. Unless you are like, a single mom. In which case, you can still get a treadmill or something and use that for 30 mins a day in the home.If you don t have the willpower to cut out food, you won t lose weight. there are no other ways to lose weight beyond diet and exercise.

Just eat healthier. I d say go vegetarian, cause it helps, but you can still lose weight other ways. I lost weight after I went vegetarian, then more when I started ea thing only healthy foods, and more again when I went vegan. Just try to eat healthy: cut down fast food, eat lots of what you re supposed to, cut down on junk food. That s the best advice I can give, cause it worked for me. :]

I suggest getting some books on food. I m reading one now on food addictions. You could be triggering cravings for sweets just by eating them.Don t eat anything with sugar in it. Try to fast and drink lots of water. You need to get away from overeating for awhile, and let your body get off the carbs, because believe it or not they are addicting, and the more you eat the more your body craves them. You should definitely read some books on healthy eating habits.

The tip is use your brain, your health is important. You have to make time for your body. You make time to eat make time to cut back on the fatty foods. Good luck

Make exercise fun like swimming, water aerobics or try the Wii fit. Stick at it and it will get easier and happier to do.
