Hello!I am now following an intensive weight-loss program, and in addition to the training program, my instructor recommended me a new supplement called lipo-xtreme.my question is: where can I get the detailed information about Lipo-xtreme? I ve googled it and checked the url www.lipo-xtreme.com (as written on the bottle) and I found nothing at all. Seems like it never produced. I am starting to get worry now, as i just took 1 pill today for 2,5 hour exercise. After couple of hours resting, my heart beat still a bit too fast.. please advise.thanks a lot.

Please do not try diet pills because they are not the long term answer and many can cause negative health effects. Consider a healthy lifestyle change. The following healthy living recommendations will help you if youre trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:*1) Burn more calories then you re consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity minus the Thermic Effect of Food (TEF). A website that explains this formula in more detail and will help you determine how many calories you need to reach or maintain a certain weight is at http://www.primusweb.com/fitnesspartner/Get a diet and fitness calculator that you can put on your computer or cell phone. You should never take the full dose to start. I use Lipo 6 and VPX Redline but have been doing this for years.I honestly would concentrate on cleaning up your diet and infusing more cardio to your routine BEFORE jumping on the fix me now pills. These pill are great for the times you are NOT doing cardio. They raise the body temp and heartrate with is dangerous if you are combine these pills with your daily cardio.Start with 1 pill and give it 3-6hrs..see how your body reacts. Then slowly up until at the Recommended Daily dosage level. NEVER GO ABOVE WHAT IS RECOMMENDED REGARDLESS OF YOUR FITNESS LEVEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!These are effective tools ..but that s it, a tool to help you get to your goal. Not a fix all . Drink lots of water, don t take any aspirin products while on these pills and stay cool. (temp wise)These products are based on the famous (and highly effective) ECA stack (ephedra, caffine, aspirine) that bodybuilders have been using for years. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ECA_stack)Gradually build up the dosage and then build down the dosage when nearing the end of the cycle (most bottle will last 3-4 weeks)Then give your body a good 4-6week rest before starting another cycle.
