Any rly good weight loss tips? -

Is there any way tht a simple girl can loose sum weight?!

Don t go on those strictly no eating diets. And especially always eat three meals a day. Yes, I said that. It s healthier to eat three meals a day even if they re small than skipping a meal, like lunch or breakfast. The reason is is becuase sooner or later, you ll be hungry and then snack on stuff like chips. If you are hungry, eat fruit or drink milk or even eat yogurt! Don t drink diet drinks either. They are worse than the regular sodas. Just drink water, some juice and some tea. Just don t hurt yourself on dieting the wrong way. Just cut down calories, excersize more and get plenty of sleep. I hope you lose as much you want, just do it safely. You ll bloom into a more beautiful you!

change you dinner for breakfast, chew 10 times, and remember the size for you stomach is your hand, that means the food amount you need

exercise and drink water. Porportion your meals. Three meals a day. I normally have 2 good meals and a light dinner.

walking best thing and enjoy the walk too, as that makes a difference. I lost 80 kilos with that, then tone a bit for the rest.Walking is very good and it gets you going outside.

sugar free candy.... when you get starved try sugar free NIPS (Carmel or coffee)candy. You can buy these at Walmart. Eat twice a day. Cereal for breakfast around nine and a sensible dinner. Get lots of sleep... people eat more when they are tired and drink lots of water or tea.

Lots of cardiovascular exercise. Low fat healthy diet. Water!
